DIRECTIONS
From Manhattan:
Take the Midtown Tunnel to the Long Island Expressway East. Take the Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 41 South. At second
traffic light make right turn onto Route 107 South (North Broadway). Follow for approximately 1 mile. By Ikea, the road
will fork, stay to the right. Newbridge Road (Route 106). Go
under train tracks and make right onto Duffy Avenue. Proceed ¾
mile and building will be on right. Look for building sign that
says 270. 266A is on the right side (East) of
the building.
From Kennedy Airport:
Follow signs to Belt Parkway East. When
Parkway ends, take Southern State Pkwy/Eastern Long Island to
Wantagh Pkwy North, Exit 27N. Take Wantagh Pkwy to Exit W2
West onto Old Country Road West/Westbury. Keep Left at Fork and
follow signs to Duffy Avenue. Proceed about ½ mile to office.
Look for building sign that says 270. 266A is on
the right side (East) of the building.
From LaGuardia Airport:
Exit Airport toward 94th
Street. Continue Straight onto 94th Street. Merge
onto Grand Central Parkway East. Take Exit 10 W toward
I-495/Long Island Expressway/Eastern Long Island. Follow signs
to I-495 E and merge onto I-495 E/Long Island Expressway. Follow
to Exit 41 South. At second traffic light make right turn onto
Route 107 South (North Broadway). Follow for approximately 1
mile. By Ikea, the road will fork, stay to the right. Newbridge
Road (Route 106). Go under train tracks and make right onto
Duffy Avenue. Proceed ¾ mile and building will be on right. Look
for building sign that says 270. 266A

From New Jersey:
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Cross Bronx Expressway/I 95
N to the Throgs Neck Bridge. Go over the Throgs Neck Bridge
(stay in right lane) to Cross Island Parkway South. Take Exit
30E toward Eastern Long Island and merge onto I-495 East/Long
Island Expressway. Follow to Exit 41 South. At second traffic
light make right turn onto Route 107 South (North Broadway).
